Randy Yeomans, CFS, RFC, CEP, BCM
Randall Yeomans approach to the complicated and often overlapping financial planning problems is educational. Randy can take many complicated financial subjects or problems and explain them in such a way that his clients are likely able to gain new understanding and make smart educated decisions.He is currently an instructor for several adult educational classes, including continuing education for adults at Kennesaw State Universitys Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Many people have commented that his classes are one of the most exciting, enjoyable and information-packed classes they have ever attended! With more than 20 years experience as a Financial Planning professional, Randy is a principal with Your Retirement Coach, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisory firm with AIG Financial Advisors, Inc. He currently holds designations as a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), Certified Estate Planner (CEP) and Board Certified in Mutual Funds (BCM). Randy married his High School sweetheart and they have three wonderful children. Randy has also coached collegiate style amateur wrestling 11 years.

Ted Sanders, CFP, CEP
Almost two decades of experience and training in financial services have prepared Ted for the often-complex situations he encounters as a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Estate Planner and Investment Advisor Representative. Many of his clients have established close relationships with him as both their trusted advisor and their friend. His philosophy of being a perpetual student has kept him abreast of the most prudent planning strategies, which in turn has helped his clients pursue their financial goals.

Nicholas Yeomans,  OSJ, Investment Advisor Representative
Nicholas B. Yeomans, (Nic) is an investment advisor representative who gears his practice towards the needs of retirees and business owners. Nic is a retirement plans specialist with concentration on estate planning. His knowledge is often seen in the way he assists his clients and other professionals whom are retiring or are in a life transition. With his guidance, many times Nic is able to help them potentially avoid taxing & penalizing mistakes. It is not unusual for Nic's clients to learn strategies on how to help reduce their taxes.

Nic approaches retirement and estate planning with a unique, educational approach. He has taught classes and seminars at places such as the Cobb Senior Services Information Fair and Enrichment Life Movement (ELM) at First United Methodist Church in Marietta. He believes retirement & estate planning is complicated and needs to be handled prudently. Coordinating estate planning, investment management, and tax reduction strategies, Nic is labeled by his peers and clients as "YourRetirementCoach™".

On a personal note, Nic graduated from Lee University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising, and with minors in both Business and Bible. Nic resides in Powder Springs, Georgia with his wife Suzette. Currently Nic is the Community Service Chair of the Marietta Business Association and member of the Georgian Club. Nic and Suzette are members of Trinity Chapel where they teach fifth-grade Sunday school. Nic takes pride in his family and his church. Teaching children on Sunday mornings and being a part of YeomansConsulting Group, gives Nic the best of both worlds.

Mark B. Fricks

With over 15 years of experience in financial services, and another 10 years experience in business, Mark is well-suited to head up Yeomans Consulting Group’s newest program, YOUR 90DAYCOACHTM. This program is designed for individuals and couples between the ages of 30 and 55 (still working), who want to prepare and plan for retirement, and avoid the potholes that will come their way. The program is also well-suited for small business owners that want to coordinate their financial future with their business ownership.
 
Taking an educational approach, Mark combines one-on-one sessions with ongoing educational workshops to teach, guide and hold accountable those wanting a successful retirement. 
 
Mark believes that almost anyone can reach financial independence if they follow a few simple rules and principles:
 
  • Live below your means,
  • Invest for the long term,
  • Set up a systematic savings plan,
  • Conduct adequate insurance and tax planning,
  • Include debt management techniques, and
  • Develop an effective estate plan.
 
On a personal note, Mark is the husband of Karen Fricks, an independent Speech-Language Pathologist, and the father of three children, Evan (21), Alyse (18), and Anna (12). Through his church, Mark is involved in international mission work, and many areas of church leadership and evangelism.

 

Jeri Brown, Office Manager
Jeri graduated Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University in July of 2000. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Jeri has been working as a Technical Customer Care Specialist for YeomansConsulting Group since 2000. Some of her duties include processing, updating clients' investment spreadsheets (wealth trackers), other various client service duties, and tending to compliance issues.

Jeri loves to read, write poetry and make crafts. Three of her greatest accomplishments are having two of her poems published,completing the 2001 AVON Breast Cancer 3-Day, and most importantly,welcoming her daughters into the world in 2004 and 2007. Jeri lives with her husband and two precious girls in Canton."

 

Alison Metcalf, Executive Assistant
Ali has worn many hats since she joined the Yeomans Consulting Group, Inc. team in August of 2004. She has been a file clerk, the Director of First Impressions, a Client Care Assistant, a Client Service Executive, and is currently the Executive Assistant to Randy Yeomans. She is the primary contact for Randy Yeomans’ clients’ service needs. Her current duties include processing new business, updating clients’ investment spreadsheets, and other various client service duties.
Ali grew up in Cobb County. She graduated from McEachern High School, where she was the Senior Class President. She attended her first year of college at The University of Georgia and now, in addition to working full time, is a student at Kennesaw State University working towards a business degree in Marketing. She and her husband Richard are active members of Floyd Road Baptist Church in Austell, where they both teach in the Awanas program. She has a passion for Christian missions and outreach, and has traveled on mission trips to Mexico and Peru. In her spare time she enjoys making crafts, scrapbooking, and reading.   

 

Cathy Crider, Client Care Specialist
Cathy is the one who helps to make the office look so good with fresh goodies and decorations in the lobby. She also does the bookkeeping for the office. She cares for our clients' needs and helps advisors stay informed about important client events such as birthdays, anniversaries, get wells, etc. Cathy is married to a veteran Cobb County Lieutenant Fire Fighter and has two children. Cathy enjoys traveling out west and the mountains of north Georgia.

Kad Mendoza, Client Service Executive
I would like to take this time to welcome you to Yeomans Consulting Group, Inc. I would also like to tell you about myself and what I can do for you. My name is Kad Mendoza and I am the Executive Assistant for Ted Sanders.

My duties include processing new business, updating clients' investment spreadsheets (wealth trackers), and other various client service duties.

On a personal note, I graduated from Lee University with a B.A. in Business Administration. I am married to Peaches Mendoza (Yeomans) who currently teaches 3rd grade at Trinity Chapel Academy. My hobbies include mountain biking, fishing, football, camping, and playing golf.

Linda Saeliou, Client Service Executive

Linda Saeliou joined Yeomans Consulting Group, Inc. in December, 2006. Her duties consist of processing new business, updating clients’ information, creating spreadsheets, organizing goals for the upcoming weeks, and other various client service duties. She assists both Nicholas and Randall Yeomans with preparing for client appointments as well as answering clients’ questions.
 
Linda graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz earning a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Legal Studies where she was a participant in various school organizations. She is now currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix while working full-time. One of her greatest achievements was co-founding and presiding over the National Society of Collegiate Scholars at UCSC where she promoted Scholarship, Leadership, and Service. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, fishing, and traveling in her spare time. 
 

Penny  Rolle, Director of First Impressions

Penny Rolle is our new Director of First Impression here at Yeomans Consulting Group.
Prior to moving here from Miami, Florida, she worked for AIG Financial Advisors for two and a half years. She recently relocated with her husband, Tommy Grier, a Teacher for Charles Drew Charter Schools and their three girls Raven-12, Gianna-8, and Tiffany-3. Penny’s hobbies are playing McDonalds Monopoly, reading, organizing events and spending time with her family. Her long term aspirations are to write a book about growing up in the Bahamas, and to travel to Europe.
 

Kelly Daugherty, Education Director

Lifelong learning is a watch word with YourRetirementCoach. I help to create opportunities for you to learn through classes, events, newsletters and programs.
 
On a personal note I have a wonderful husband named Rod. We have been married 31 years and have a daughter, Alison and a son, Matt. I am also blessed with 3 grandchildren (Justin 9, Sean 7, and Molly 1). Rod and I love to travel, we are active at St. Teresa’s Episcopal Church, enjoy hiking with our dog Rufus and being with family and friends.

Kera Henderson, Office Assistant
